OBXCPR, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit proudly serving the Outer Banks and other communities with life-saving training through American Red Cross and STOP THE BLEED® programs.
Our mission is simple: Teach people how to save lives.

  • 2,000+ community members trained since 2021

  • Hands-on, confidence-building instruction for all experience levels

  • Flexible scheduling: weekdays, weekends, evenings

  • We will come to you: home, business, church, or community center

  • Blended learning options available (online + in-person skills session)

  • Small class sizes (1–10 students) for personalized attention
