What if I can't perform compressions?

If you are unable to perform these tasks, you can still play a vital role by learning how to effectively instruct another person to provide chest compressions. How do I find when a class is available?
Contact OBXCPR to schedule training for 1–10 people at your preferred location—home, business, church, community center, or office. Classes are also held most months at Virginia Tillet and Baum Community Centers; check their newsletters for dates and times.
Are classes offered to schools?
Yes, with special rates for K-12 students, faculty, and staff. Contact OBXCPR for details.
Are classes available outside the Outer Banks?
Most are in Dare and Currituck Counties, but training is also offered within a 90 minute drive of Kitty Hawk, NC.
